	TEAM COMPETITION - Men and Women Competiton
	1		The times of the first five team finishers are averaged.  Each team may have as many
			as seven runners, but only the best five times are averaged.
	2		The names of at least three team members must be submitted by Saturday, October 7 2000

	3		Each team may draft up to two new members on day of race out of pool of unattached runners.
			Rounds 1 and 2 of draft will take place 40 minutes before race at registration table.
			Rules of Draft determined by Team Competition Chairman are final.
	4		Unattached runners urged to submit qualifications as early as possible.
	5		Team captains responsible for submitting best five times to race officials prior to
			awards ceremony following race.
	6		Cash awards made to top five team finishers.
