The ten mile is eight
laps around scenic Lake Atwood.
The course is level. You get your splits (and a chance at water) every lap. There are always
other runners nearby (they're not all necessarily on the same lap as you). It's
great for your family and fans. If they're not ten milers, they can run
one of the shorter races or they can stay in one place and cheer you on eight
times during the race.
