got an early 1-0 lead when Brandon Fraser singled allowing Aaron Head to

tallied 13 strike outs in the game.
Nebraska's
Nick Leaders provided the hit of the day as the lefty led off the third
inning by launching a solo home run on top of the Raymond Family
Community Center, which hit the roof and bounced over.
Scott
Bagley and Cory Nelson followed with singles and Andrew Ebert brought
them home with a two-run double. Two more Nebraska runs in the fourth
and one in the sixth gave Millard West an 8-1 edge going into the
seventh.
Colorado
tried to climb back in the game with two runs scored on a wild pitch and
an error, but Nebraska regrouped to close out the win.
